Blockchain.info wallet users seem to be facing issues with the platform. There are multiple posts on various social media platforms reporting issues with login and transaction problems. Blockchain.info , one of the leading Bitcoin wallet and blockchain explorer is said to be in the process of upgrading the platform for a while now. These issues seem to be related to Blockchain.info’s wallet and API requests. One user on Reddit reported an unusual issue after he encountered an error message saying “ Unable to Acquire Transaction Lock ”. However, the user later updated his complaint saying he was able to execute the transaction after repeated attempts. Similarly, another user had reported issues while logging in to the wallet after API requests were unexpectedly terminated. There are others voicing their issues on the platform as well. However, Blockchain.info has been pretty active on Reddit too, acknowledging the users’ problems. This is not the first time users are facing issues with Blockchain.info. The wallet service which recently crossed a milestone of 100 million transactions was briefly down last month due to DNS errors.
